These offices provide information and
referral services for children's recreational activities, clothing
and utility referrals along with any other type of assistance that
might be required. The Ravine Park Office is located at 55
Poplar, Phone: 419.693.1658. Office hours are from 9:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. The Hope House Office is located at 1139 Artis
Place, Phone: 419.254.4370. Office Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00
p.m. Salvation Army Food Baskets are available on the
third Wednesday of each month at the Ravine Park Office between 9:30
a.m. and 11:00 a.m. The Salvation Army Food Baskets are
available at the Hope House Office on the third
Wednesday of each month between 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Hope House
Our Weiler Homes Outreach Office offers
a GED Program. Limited child care
is available while attending these programs. The office is located at 42 Weiler

Help Me Grow
The Help Me Grow and
learn program works with the
families that have children birth to 5. These programs provide
assessments on child development, parent support, parent
education, service coordination and other needed services.
These services can be done at the families home or the East Toledo

Family Enrichment Center
The Family Enrichment Center is a
collaborative of many community organizations. It is committed to helping families
by connecting them to the necessary programs or services that will benefit them the most.

Toddler Tyme
Toddler tyme is a
program that provides education in an informal atmosphere surrounded

Parenting Center Program
The Parenting Center Program helps parents
learn to practice, play and praise their child ages 0-5. Drop in and play at the
Heffner Early Childhood Center! For more information please call

children 0-5yrs.
Parenting Wisely
Using the latest video game technology,
Parenting Wisely teaches the parent to use assertive discipline using "I"
statements along with contracting and active listening. The program is so easy! No
computer experience is necessary.

4th Tuesday of the month in the Navarre Park Family Health Center.

Changes for Life
Changes for Life is a
collaborative of community organizations. The program is committed to helping teen
parents and their families by connecting them to the necessary programs and/or services
that will benefit them the most. the agencies pull together to help families learn
skills to improve their life by developing their own plan for success.
Shelter House
Rentals
Rent the East Toledo Senior
Center for a baby shower, graduation party or any other occasion. It is available
Friday evenings and all day Saturday and Sunday. Call the East
Toledo Senior Activities Center today to schedule a rental.

The East Toledo Family Center
provides East Toledo residents with emergency food when available. Must bring proof
of residence.
Scrapbooking
Do you have family pictures
just laying around and your just not sure what to do with them? Don't just put them
in a photo album, come and learn how to make those pictures come alive. Attend
scrapbooking class on the first Thursday of each month. The program is from 5pm
until 8pm at the East Toledo Senior Center. The cost for the class is $10.00 for the
first session and $5.00 for each additional session.
Community Policing
The East Toledo Family Center
houses the East Toledo office of Community Policing division. Volunteers are in the
office to take calls and answer questions relating to community affairs in East Toledo. |
